I first heard about them on another forum. They look really cute. Does anyone here own one or heard about them?

Uh huh. They're a poicephalus parrot. I used to work with one. He screamed a lot. It's a really shrill, piercing scream too. And then there was the younger one. He was much more quiet, but he liked to pull the glasses off my face.

Jardines or IRN?

I don't know much about jardines. I never really had much appeal to them.
But, I like IRNs and know some stuff about them. I know they are asiatic parakeets and they are not sexually dimorphic until about a year into their life. Cocks have the black ring around their neck and hens don't. They're small, about the size-ish of a cockatiel... around that size. Not big at all. They are a parakeet, so they have a long pointy tail. I know they can be loudish, but I mean, it's sounds like a jardine in a way, high and shrill, but it's not really constant and LOUD like a BCC.

I was talking about I IRNs. I think they will make a great addition to your flock! Do you have any other birds in your mind besides for the IRNs that you would like?

As you know, blue headed pionus. I like them too. It really sucks because I am a member of a pionus group on Facebook and one member has 2 cockatiels, 1 blue indian ringneck and 1 BH pi. She's pushing it for me.

I'm sorry. They're actually slightly larger than a cockatiel. My mind is not here today.
