anyone else give their birds cinnamon sticks? i just did and ours LOVE them! they like nibbling and licking them. they also smell nice lol

I tried it but Sunny doesn't care for it at all. But I would like to sprinkle some cinnamon on her food because it's supposed to help with getting rid of the yeast and bacteria.

do you have a mortar and pestle? we have one to grind up herbs and it works for the cinnamon sticks too, but it takes forever and a lot of hand power lol

Oh actually I do have a very nice wooden one! Got it at Chinatown for like 4 bucks. I use it to grind up the Harrison's High Potency Coarse pellets for her. But why should I kill myself to grind a cinnamon stick when I can just buy cinnamon that is already grounded to a fine powder?
