is she still clipped?
if not you can teach her. i taught dally.
what you do is pick a wide flat easily reached target for her to land on. stand very close to it so she has to hop to it. as she is able to do it, take a step back until she has to flap once to get to the target. if she can do it, keep practicing. once shes got it done good, take another step back. have her fly straight to the target. if she misses, take a step forward closer to the target. eventually you will want her to fly from the other side of the room. this is how i taught dally. then eventually you will want to move to different places in the room so she has to turn in flight to get to the target. it will build up her muscles and teach her control and how to turn. it worked great for dally and dally can flip around in a split second if she wants, shes very fast and a very powerful flier. she was clipped as a baby before she learned to fly too so i had to teach her once she got her feathers back.
