opps... sorry i get carried away when the topic of good/bad pet stores come up.
there is a small family owned petstore near me too. the people are very nice and know a lot. the only problem is that their fish are going down hill which is a shame because i want to get big goldfish again for my 20 gal, and they were cheap and they knew me enough that they didnt ask for the size of my tank. if i got big goldies now it would be at a chain pet store and they will not/ wont sell you the fish if you have too small of a tank (in the stores a 20gal is considered too small but that is not true) and they didnt sell me a fish once and i told my friend and she said that they HAVE to sell me it and cant say no b/c they are a big chain store, if it was a family owned then they have the right to not sell me a fish.. correct?

... i know i shouldnt get worked up about these things but is was not the first time that the store has disappointed me. it is just one of my pet peeves- like a restaurant with rude wait staff~ it just gets on your nerves and you just want to tell everybody
