my second tree that i am putting in my room next to my other tree for my HUGE flock of 2 parakeets! seeing what it will look like; its not in there now because i am drying it in the sun for a while then pressure washing it and putting more horizontal branches on it. a lot of it will probably be covered in rope    |

How is the little guy liking the outside of the cage? Is he used to it

which one?  leon is having a ball and loving every minute of it, butch likes singing to leon and will go on the side of the cage and scream if leon goes out and he doesn't! if leon is on the tree and i walk in the room, he will rush to the front to see if i have his toy and sometimes fly off and look for it .__. i have cut more branches to add to the new tree both for horizontal branches and for new vertical height  just have to wait a while for them to dry  |

.... you are making me jealous!!! i want a tree so bad, but i can't until i get a house or a bigger place D: for now, i shall just envy and admire yours!

aww just get a tree... space is overrated! put it between some cages or cut off the trunk and have it as a cage toy OR hung it from the ceiling i am adding some more branches to the tree to make it taller ....just waiting for them to dry.... i think i need more birds -__- here i am with a huge tree system and toys coming out my ears and there are birds out there with out homes... and i cant have them... i was looking on craigslist yesterday and i came across someone who had 2 parakeets in a 9 x 11 x ?H! i have the same cage for leon TRAVEL cage!  and there were no toys in the cage > sigh |

yeah i can't catch leon in the travel cage with a small towel either..... but some good news....!!! i have put the tree together just to see how it will work (then i will take it apart and wash it) it will be much different than the other tree as for the branches because 95% of this one has added branches unlike the big tree~~ which i am making taller! well technically.... the original tree in my room now is about 6' 6" and i am adding a vertical branch and 2 horizontal branches to make the top of the tree a triangle so they have even more space! so in other words i am adding 2 sides to the branch at 6' 6" so there will more more space at the top of the tree ok on with the pictures!! the awkward steeply slanted branches are just for support for the top level (it looks much better in person because you cant get a feel for where the branches are in a 2D picture!)  lots of climbing and sitting space!  from the top...  |
