so i was looking at keets on Craigslist and i cam across a parakeet that looks like Pumby (RIP)!! its only been 2 years, not even, that i have been without pumble but it feels like decades. only problem is that this bird is a little bit too far away, but i might ask my parents if i can have him.. how could i resist a look-alike and a YF that is type II (like pumble) for once and not all the type 1's that every one sells  and he's free too....  i have just been waiting for a pumby looking bird to come along for me to adopt.... craigslist one...  my Pumble (RIP)  |

they are so pretty... wasnt pumble an opaline? im not the best with all the budgie mutations, but his stripes/spots look different

yes! opaline is when the body color is on the wings- and i love it! leon is an opaline too! his bars are blue and he has a little blue near some diluted black on his wings... it doesnt show up too good, but you can see the spots on his wings!  |

a believe a double factor Dom. pied. those are almost clear, but have a little bit of color. i think i will be allowed to get another keet i think i will go to the shelter where i got butch and lenny and get 2 more and put them in lenny's old cage. the pumble looking one is not on craigslist any more, they must have takeing it off right before i was going to contact them  i have no clue what colors i would get  the shelter isnt really close, but its the only one with parakeets and a lot of them lets hope i can go through with this and am allowed to get more ASPCA parakeets |

in the video there is an olive one.. and it looks like the same one in the pic from 2 years ago i dont really like the olive colored ones... if i can just get 2 i was thinking the yellow and green base opposites of mine. if i can take my friends extra cage and get 3, i am adding a pumble looking one you the group if they have an opaline one. it will be hard to choose because i love the recessive pieds in the pictures i emailed them asking for current pics, they havent gotten back yet. hopefully i can get more keets, but picking out the color is going to be tough! (maybe i WILL get an olive to show my friend that color doesnt matter if i could get 4, then i would take the olive just for that) |

we will se how many i can get *if* i can get more! i just want a Flock!! and to adopt.... and to get butch more friends for when i am on the computer with leon- like right now.. he riding my arm as i type .... now he's scared because my hair is down and it fell towards him -__- i can rub his cheeks with my finger and pet him a little .... he closed his eyes do you have a Skype? i want to meet mango (and you) |
