a little early, yes, but we like to get it done and out of the way before the holiday rush.... so i already got the birds toys ordered, shipped, and made and now put into storage until christmas day (i cant wait to give them to them, gonna be such a looooonnnnng wait D:) so here they are: this one is for the cockatiels Dallas and Tsukasa. I call it the Crazy Pod Forager This one is also for Dallas and Tsukasa, it's another forager, this one a simple green pod forager. One of those will go in the cage and one will go on the cage top playgym. This one is a simple blue pod forager, for Mango, since he seems to really take a liking to blue things. This is another one for Mango, I call it the Dreamcatcher. And... this one was the most complicated to make, based on the forethought I had to put into it to stump Munch from destroying a toy into a nest... SO! It's a noise maker and a forager into one, in other words, a mess maker. Treat goes in the cups, but if she shakes the toy to make noise, the treats are gonna fly out lol Joy. Made from SS steel chain, and the wiffle balls are filled with a lot of ponybeads so they rattle like crazy and the toys are attached with zip ties (only thing Munch cannot chew threw thus far for toy attachment) with the cut part filed down so there is no sharp edge. Plus it has various other acrylic/hard plastic pieces for her own noisy amusement. Her favourite toys are the ones she can bash around and make the most racket with, so this came to mind. Most of my parts came from My Safe Bird Store, with the exception of a few I had in stock from various other places lol I'm hoping they like them!
