My 2 parakeets keeps on screaming the entire night and I can't sleep at all, security guards keep on telling me to keep my birds quite, and I don't know what to do. How do I make my birds asleep?

Is there any light coming in the cage? Have you tried covering their cage with a blanket? Is there any noise that keeps them awake?
What kind of birds are they?

Putting them in a dark room or even a closet at night ought to help. Make sure they'll be safe of course. I used to control my birds' hormones by putting a sleep cage in the closet at night, but now I have too many birds to fit in there!

There are many things you can do to make them go or keep asleep. But let's go over some things.
For one, do not reward them with this behavior. If they start screaming, don't get them out. They look at this as a way to get your attention. Put them in a dark room. When I had my parakeets, I just put them in an empty closet. The quietness and the darkness helps calm them down. If you do not have a closet to put them in, then just use thick blankets. Make sure you give them breathing room. Using too much blankets can restrict breathing.
If they continue, you might have to do some training. First learn your birds behavior so you can understand it. Training your bird can be hard work, it took me over 10 months to train mine. But it was worth it, he stays quiet all night. But training a bird is different for every bird, because they have their own personalities.

To clarify, when I talked about putting the birds in the closet, I meant that you should use it as a dark, quiet place for them to sleep, not as a way to punish them for making noise. Birds are designed by nature to sleep at night, but we humans and our electric lights disrupt their natural cycle and keep them awake at times when they should be sleeping.
