I was sitting on my bed, and I noticed a beak on my foot. I did NOT open his cage door. I thought to myself "did he...*gulp* escape? I put him back in his cage and he was stuggling to open the door. He opened it a little bit, but it he couldn't get it opened enough. Then, he went to his perch, and rammed through it and climbed his way out.
I have seen him practicing opening the door, but he never actually did it.
Why are birds so smart??

Sorry. I was going to make the title "he escaped", but I didn't want to make it sound like he actually escaped.

Wow. I'm scaring everybody!
I used those toy quick links when I saw him open his cage. i felt bad when he was trying to open it, but I quickly got over it because it was for his safety.
