Cats are secretly one of my favourite creatures and I would love to see yours!
I have one cat, Boots! She was 4 years old when we rehomed her and she's 8 now. I hadn't been able to have a cat since I was young as I lived with my grandparents and my grandfather didn't like cats. So when I eventually got my own place a cat was definitely on the agenda! I was browsing ads for cats that needed new homes and I saw a photo of her. She looked just like the cat I had had as a child and I couldn't not respond to the ad! They dropped her off and explained that their child was hitting the cat (teach your child not to then?) which had made her timid. 3 house moves later and she's comfortable as ever. She's a very chilled cat but she's not very fussy. I'm her favourite, she thinks little of Jack. She is a foodaholic and will eat until the end of time. She came with the name but I tend to call her Madam Boots, Bootycat and various swear words depending on what part of the house she has killed that day! We have a corridor towards the back of our house that we are going to turn into her own little pad and I can't wait. She is spoiled! She gets to go out on her harness when the weather is nice and she loves to sit on my clothes!
