My fiance, Jack, has always been supportive and keen when it comes to my hobbies and passions and he took to falconry like a duck to water. He likes helping my fly him and he will handle him himself just fine. He says he's more of an observer but after the wedding he's hoping to get a female Harris' for himself to start out with with myself as his mentor. One of the times we went out with the bird recently for some training, I took a few nice photos of him and the bird on my phone. These were the ones that I took...
They're nice enough photos, but they didn't quite cut it for me. It gave me the idea to have an hour at our flying grounds and take the DSLR up. I've barely touched a camera this year due to not feeling great in myself but it felt awesome doing it again. The difference in the quality doesn't even compare!
