just watch out thats all. with this showing up, i would very cautiously watch him. any signs of something up, even if minor, i would think about checking him out.

looking at the second pic of him, i think it was on his chest, but the lady said it was on top of his ribs so it is more then likely causing no harm. like if you look at the pic, there is a small horizontal stripe of white feathers on the right and it think it is under that or just below it (???)

the crop can sometimes feel on top of the chest, if its full enough, but its at the top of the chest, right where the keel bone starts at the top.

the crop is an organ. its where parrots store their food before it moves into their stomach

i did make a post about butchs tumor on talk budgies....... it is too much easy to advise to take the bird to vet; There is not the need of the forum for this advice (also my grandmother,who never bred birds, could advise to take her to vet) ; I believe the forums must be just as filters, just as much as the Casey's advices are; I agree with Casey, if the lump will grow (even of 0,1 millimeter) then it would be worth to take the bird to vet. In my opinion, your bird seem to be very fine but like Casey said, keep an eye on her;
