Lord Maxwell Studmuffin is our severely handicapped tiel..We rescued him from a terrible pet store..He has a paralyzed leg, deformed feet and wings..He can fly but he cannot perch at all...He has been here for nearly a year now and we love him dearly..He is now lovers with our huge Princess Mitch (also a rescue)...He follows her all over the place ..even mated with her many times (we sub false eggs)...WE have a special cage for him,not that he is ever in it...Here he is in the picture singing to his lady who is mostly ignoring him...It is like she is saying, heard it all buddy...He does Indian Ring necks, some other birds we have not figured out yet and a whimpering puppy..all things he learned from the pet store...a real singer!! and despite his handicap, a really happy little man.
