Instant plain oats (un-fortified)
Dry pure chamomile tea leaves (no caffeine)
Dry pure rose hips and hibiscus tea mix (no caffeine... we are big on herbal teas in our home)
Oregano
Seed
Pellets
Cinnamon
Red Palm Oil
and Raisins



They like it... they make a big mess of their beaks!







Some cute Munch photos... we made her a ledge and put her fleece toy above it. she uses the fleece toy to sleep under and when she wants privacy she goes under it. It's a comfort toy






Mango was playing in his coconut toy with a blue ball that he loves (he's got two, one hanging, one loose. we named them "Blueberry" and "Blueberry JR"
