Bill of material:
1- egg
2-50 g shredded bread
3-n° 1 glass of milk
4-apple vinegar

preparation:
boil an egg for 15 minutes;



to boil (into another pot) the content of a glass of milk ;


spill 20ml of apple cider vinegar during the milk boiling


Wait a new boiling of the milk for 1 minute

spill into filter the composition so it's possible to get curd and to throw the whey(it contains the lactose which is toxic for the birds).



Blend together an egg(with its own shell), 50gr of curd and shredded bread.


keep inside to refrigerator for a maximum 5 day.
