My fids are like scaredy cats; the conures are slightly ok with new things being added in their cage, but they still not comfortable with it straight away; the quaker and the senegal would absolutely freak out if I don't do a slow introductory with new things; I have to place anything that is new outside their cages for a couple of days for them to get used to it before I can put it on the inside, I have such silly birds .

lol the conures have already started chewing on a couple of the toys and Duke's been nibbling on his rubber nibbly toy We already started Christmas early. I have hung up the boing in the birdroom - it's huge when you stretch it out, the boing is catered for birds of all sizes so all the fids are using it- even the little budgies..... Well, you could always create one of your threads to show the fids gifts at Christmas then if anyone of us have got anything to add then we will

By the way I think I might get a few more platform perches. I have some cuttle bone wedged into the cage bars horizontally and have noticed the birds have been using the cuttle bones like platform perches- they like to un-curl their tired toes on flat surfaces:D I'm not a very handy person and haven't got the tools to make the platform perches so I'm going to have to buy them in, they are worth it though, I really like them
