so miss dally has always been a screamer. why? she wants my attention 24/7. i moved her into the livingroom where i spend most of my time... but the downside is she screeches at the top of her lungs when i leave the room or apartment. she has a special two toned call she uses when she is calling for me specifically. if i leave the apartment she stops after a few minutes. but if i go in another room and she cant see me, she freaks out and does not stop calling. its driving my fiance nuts! i may be getting her a large mirror for herself to see how that makes a change, but shes just crazy lol shes clingy but she cant be with me alllllll day long she can see me for as long as i am home, but heaven forbid i have to go to the washroom or give the other birds attention or if i have to clean their cages in the other room... she goes nuts! anyone have ideas that may work? her calls arent loud to me nor do they really bother me, but they really bother my fiance and its like nails on a chalkboard for him (i am like that with tsuka's screaming, i cant stand his screaming, but the mirror in his cage helped a ton, but he likes mirrors!)

my fiances cockatiel is like that, she loves him so much but he cant be with her all day so he did put a mirror and it did work and he also put her cage near the rest of the birds so shes fine now.
i guess your dally is just asking for more cereal LOL

moving her cage near the others is not possible anymore, for tsuka's sake. if tsuka knows dally is near him, he wont eat at all.
but i am gonna try the mirror with her. i hope she stops this lol

I would cover her when you leave the room...it will keep her from screaming and maybe even teach her that screaming for you like that is unacceptable. This is what my dad did with my mom's birds.

So what worked for you? I feel like I'm turning Allie into this...she goes nuts if I put her down and walk off. She flies up to sit on the edge of the tub when I take a bath just to be closer to me, and she calls and tries to follow me if I try to run to the kitchen to grab food. And on top of all that, she gets upset if I'm doing something and can't cuddle with her. I think maybe I'm the only person who has ever spoiled her so maybe she will get past the behavior eventually, but it sounds like she'll be acting like Dally in no time.
