Hey guys, it's back up on time this month (yay I don't have an angry mob after me!!!

So, this month's contest is a request.......
"WORK OUT BIRDIES"!!!!
It's easy. Post a photo of your bird working out. Maybe not seriously working out, but at least looking like they are!
Does your bird hang upside-down? Do chin-ups? Lift weights (toys)? Show their stuff!
Rules:
Members may enter up to TWO photos.
Photo editing is allowed, be creative, these contests are all for fun anyways!
You have until July 20th to get the entries IN!
