allergy meds, and baths for the cat.
did you know most people who are allergic to cats, theyre not allergic to the fur? theyre allergic to something in the saliva. cats lick their fur... therefore the misconception people are allergic to cat hair lol theres no such thing as a hypo-allergenic cat. they all lick themselves lol best way to deal with cat allergies is to bathe your cat frequently and maybe take allergy meds if its bad enough.

bathing my cat...lol... he would leave the house and never come back after that. he usually stays out when it is raining, so he does eventually get wet. like today we had downpours and he got soaked so now her is very clean and soft. i mean i guess i could use some 'cat wipes' -which i have- but why bother when he doesnt always irritate my eyes. its the indoor cats that are really bad with me....

maybe, but my eyes usually get itchy when i cant resist rubbing my face in his huge soft belly!!!... and if i touch my eyes after to 'activate' oils etc. it is frustrating because i can go into the shower with itchy eyes and the stuff wont wash off and so i come out with itchy eyes!! just having fur in a chair is fine. lots of fur on the furniture during the winter at my house we do vacuum a lot and make him sleep on towels. but come on, you have to admit that you cant resist hugging this big love! look at his love handles! oh and i am going to work with butch and lenny tomorrow. i work with them about once a week (when i clean their cage, i have shredded paper bedding) so i will make a new thread tomorrow if i have the time between taining, taking care of my other animals and going over my friends house to ride horses

i have to keep weights down, Jessie has weight issues, and she has feline lower urinary tract disease so its very important to keep her weight down, as obesity makes the disease worse. so everyone is on a careful diet lol
destiny is our smallest cat at 8 lbs. daystar is 10-12 lbs, jessie is close to 12-15 lbs, and gylfie is around 10-12 lbs but still growing. and theyre all girls who are supposed to be smaller lol

he looks like he is just a big cat lol
i notice mine molt almost constant. but they have one or two heavy molts. i usually see a very heavy molt around summer when it gets hot, and maybe another some time around late fall. but mostly see the big molt around right now lol its the heat, its hotter than normal lately. mine will always be molting, maybe 5 feathers a week... which is small. but then the heavy molts come and its like 5 feathers a day LOL ooooh molting is not fun!!
