definitely will. hes very cute  hes more feathered, i will take photos tomorrow after work i try not to bother with him other than feeding because we dont want him tame. we want him to be scared of people, hes wild and thats how he needs to be lol |

hes more feathered now lol he looks a lot different than when he first came home. i have to weigh him. if hes a lower weight he may be a female lol thats only clue i may have right now. but i will call him a he for now LOL

some birds arent able to be sexed until a certain age

then we have a problem. but he runs from our hands when we take him out to feed him. today i put a mulberry branch for him to hide under in his cage, switched the blanket out with bedding now that he is fully feathered, added a shallow dish with 4 mealworms in it. if i notice the mealworms disappearing, hes starting to eat on his own. i got some low perches for him to climb up onto so he can start perching soon as its not far off he starts hopping around more. i'll get some photos of his little set up. once he starts hopping around he will have a water dish in there too. i dont want one in there yet as hes still getting the moisture he needs from handfeeding and hes still not hopping or standing well enough. im worried he will fall in and not be able to get back out lol so he still needs to grow a bit. hes getting stronger by the day |
