thats awesome, i LOVE his tricks!
as for the sticky, you could start with someone first bringing home a bird, where would they start? where do they go from there, and when do they know when to go on to the next steps?

once i get a computer back, i'll be more active and i will work on some new ideas we have a new staff member, i'm sure a fresh mind can help with new ideas i started this forum and it was not active for almost a year. things take time, but for now, we can all just enjoy the fun parts and work together to make this forum a fun, accepting place for members to learn. your input here has been very valuable to our group, and i really appreciate it. your training methods are different, but it's good to have different tactics for taming birds, because each bird is different, so different tactics might work differently

i will have to get ideas together for text and how to set up the thread- one big post or several small posts divided into topics from bringing you bird home to bonding with it

for the first time since separation, i have let lenny and butch have had a real play date!! lenny was sleepy and being good when her was out and he stayed onto of butchs cage so i decided to set up butchs cage and the side of lenny's with a bunch of perches so i could bring lenny down and butch can come out and see him. of course butch was sleepy too and didnt want to com out so i tried to get lenny to the end of the half perch with millet. but of course he climbed right into butchs cage like he lived there! butch didn't mind and just sat there sleepy-eyed. lenny just sat there sleepy and poofed. so i let them be and closed the cage and let them be for about 1.5-2 hours and they were good. lenny is back now and i hope to do this again now i know that they will still get along i will post pics soon!
