me too! he is much prettier in person  i am going to get more hanging seed cups for food and water for him because of he struggles with getting around because of the missing toe center   |

i wish i could have taken all of them, but she was the best (there were 2 males there that were-- trying to 'make babies'! i didnt want them  ) updates!!! so i am throwing around the name "Bowie" or "buddy" for the blue/ yellow pied..and "pickles" for the olive.. havent decided yet all of them are eating millet from me, the olive female (definitely female with a nice white cere!) and the yellow blue are always the most willing. the grey will take it and then the blue is so unsure and he will take a while. the blue/ yellow is the calmest of them all and he will do some chirps if everyone is doing it, other than that he's very quiet. there is something special about him.. or his eyes... i think there is a secret romance between the olive and the grey. they are in separate cages but i think they like each other (i better read up on chick care in case!). they are getting a little more attention than leon and butch, but leon and butch can handle themselves on the tree, so they go on there all day i havent truly tamed birds in a few years so it is another adventure x4 !! i think me and the yellow/blue are going to be good friends.. there is just that look in his eyes.. i cant put my finger on it.. it like pumble is somewhere in there. |

ok call me crazy but... is it just me, or does the blue on Bowie (i love his name!) look like a person with their arms out releasing a flying bird (his right side, left in pic)?  its a sign  |
